Unexpected charm in simple stays
The owners treated my dog like family, offering treats and recommendations for local parks. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it feel like home.
However, the breakfast selections were quite limited and mostly prepackaged items, which was a bit disappointing.

We had an amazing time at The Black Mountain Inn! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a cozy corner for family game night. The location was perfect for accessing local attractions and dining options. The kids loved the outdoor spaces and the nearby parks, making it a wonderful family getaway.

I had a delightful stay. The lobby was full of quirky personal touches. I liked that the room felt clean and was better than the pictures. It had comfortable bedding and good amenities. I appreciated that I could check in early and the area had a peaceful atmosphere. The grab-and-go breakfast got my day started right. My stay was pleasant and I would return.
There were some areas that could use minor updates. The floors felt bouncy in spots, and I noticed some peeling wallpaper.

Had a great time with friends! We explored Madame Sherri Forest and enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The room was clean and comfy, making it a nice place to unwind after a day out. The breakfast options were decent too. just a few quick bites to start your day right.
Unfortunately, the noise levels were quite bothersome, with thin walls allowing us to hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the parking lot late at night.
